This policy explains what information MCP.computer handles, why we handle it, and the choices available to you. Last updated July 23, 2026.
This policy applies to the MCP.computer website, workspaces, APIs, and related support interactions. It does not govern third-party AI providers, applications, or integrations, which operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
We collect account and contact details; workspace membership and configuration; provider, model, tool, skill, and knowledge settings; authorization grants; billing and transaction status; support messages; and device, security, diagnostic, and metadata-only activity events needed to operate and protect the service.
Connected services may provide identifiers, authorization status, scopes, and other configuration metadata. We do not ask you to place reusable provider credentials in support or contact messages.
Prompts, completions, tool arguments, tool results, and provider credentials are processed only to provide the services your workspace configures. Provider credentials are encrypted at rest and kept separate from workspace configuration. Company knowledge is used as context only within the access your workspace configures.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use private registry content or company knowledge to train shared models. Third-party providers may process content according to the configuration and agreements selected by your workspace.
We use information to provide and secure the service; authenticate users; apply workspace policy; reconcile saved settings with effective runtime behavior; process billing; prevent abuse; troubleshoot failures; communicate about the product; answer requests; and comply with law.
We share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, payments, transactional email, monitoring, and customer support. We may also share information when directed by a workspace, required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or involved in a business transaction.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Workspace owners can choose supported activity-history periods. Backups and security records may remain for a limited period after deletion before they are removed or de-identified.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use the Contact page to report a suspected vulnerability and do not include secrets in the message.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information. Workspace owners can also revoke connections, remove members, and change retention settings. Submit a privacy request through our Contact page; we may need to verify your identity and authority.
MCP.computer is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will change the date above and provide additional notice when an update materially affects how we handle personal information.
