These terms govern your access to and use of MCP.computer. By using the service, you agree to them. Last updated July 23, 2026.
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service on behalf of yourself or an organization that has authorized you. You are responsible for your account, credentials, workspace activity, and the accuracy of information you provide.
If you use MCP.computer for an organization, “you” includes that organization, and you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
MCP.computer provides governed access for connecting people and AI systems to models, tools, skills, and approved company knowledge. Features may change as the product develops. Preview or beta features may be incomplete, unavailable, or subject to additional limits.
You are responsible for deciding whether the service and any configured provider or integration are appropriate for your workload, including regulated, safety-critical, or production-critical uses.
You may not use the service to violate law or others’ rights; bypass access controls; impersonate others; distribute malware; probe or disrupt systems without authorization; facilitate fraud or abuse; or connect data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to use.
You may not reverse engineer the service except where law permits, resell it without permission, or use automated means that unreasonably burden or evade limits on the service.
Workspace owners and administrators control membership, integrations, permissions, budgets, retention, and other company settings. You are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, reviewing requested scopes, maintaining lawful instructions, and promptly revoking access that is no longer needed.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, route, process, secure, and support that content according to your configuration and instructions. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to provide it.
Do not submit secrets through public forms or support messages. Your use of third-party models, applications, and integrations is also governed by their terms, and you are responsible for the accounts and permissions you connect.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it and for using appropriate human review. Knowledge and model output are context, not authority; they cannot grant product permissions.
Publishers must accurately describe requested scopes, data handling, provenance, dependencies, pricing, and operational limits for listed tools, skills, knowledge sources, and integrations. Approval or listing does not transfer responsibility for a publisher’s product or representations to MCP.computer.
Paid features, usage charges, limits, and renewal terms will be shown when you order or enable them. You authorize applicable charges and are responsible for taxes except those based on our income. We may suspend paid functionality for overdue amounts after providing notice when practicable.
MCP.computer and its licensors own the service, software, branding, and documentation, excluding your content and third-party materials. Feedback may be used to improve the service without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly as its source without permission.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or suspend access to prevent harm, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment, or investigate a material breach. We may terminate access for an uncured material breach or discontinue the service with reasonable notice when practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of third-party services or AI output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCP.computer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Contact page.
