Company knowledge

Review proposed information, publish canonical pages, and return trusted context with source and version provenance.

Candidates and canonical pages

  • People and agents submit candidates.
  • A human reviewer approves or rejects each candidate.
  • Approval creates an active canonical page.
  • Company knowledge tools return active canonical pages only.
  1. 01
    Propose

A person or agent creates a candidate from a document, decision, or newly discovered information.

  2. 02
    Review

A workspace manager checks the content and its source before approving or rejecting it.

  3. 03
    Publish

Approval creates a canonical version with durable provenance and a human review receipt.

  4. 04
    Supersede or archive

A later approved version replaces the earlier one, or a manager removes the page from retrieval without changing unrelated access.

Sources and versions

Dashboard and MCP results include the page title, source labels, and canonical version. Superseded versions remain distinguishable from the active record.

Authorization boundary

Knowledge supplies context. It cannot grant access to a model, tool, action, parameter, or company system. Authorization comes from workspace and runtime policy.
